Carine: I've always been fascinated by butterflies. Their beauty, grace, and delicate nature have always captivated me. However, it wasn't until I learned about the plight of the monarch butterfly that I realized I needed to take action. I knew I had to do something to help. I started by researching the issue and learning as much as I could about monarch butterflies and their habitat. I also reached out to experts in the field, such as gardeners and conservationists, to learn more about what I could do to help. I was inspired by Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, and her work with The Tig. Seeing the positive impact she had on her followers inspired me to create a platform where I could use my voice to make a difference. I hope that my blog and podcast will inspire others to take action to help save the monarchs. Even small actions, such as planting milkweed in your garden or avoiding pesticides, can make a big difference.
